Every guest receives a full restaurant-quality hibachi dinner — cooked live at your event by your personal Hibachi Crib chef. Fresh ingredients, live fire, and a show your guests will never forget.
$600 MINIMUM EVENT CHARGE
All events have a minimum charge of $600. This covers the chef's time, travel, setup, and cleanup. If your guest count total falls below $600, the minimum applies automatically.
HIBACHI PACKAGES
Choose the right package for your guests. Adults and kids are priced separately — every guest gets a full hibachi dinner cooked live at your table.
REGULAR HIBACHI
The full hibachi experience — a live chef performance at your home with everything included. Perfect for adults and teens 13 and up.
HIBACHI KIDS
A smaller, kid-friendly portion of the full hibachi experience. Same great food, same live chef show — sized right for the little ones.
No 3rd protein add-on available for kids. Filet Mignon and Lobster Tail upcharges apply.

Every guest selects exactly 2 proteins — included in the package price. Standard proteins are all the same price. Premium cuts have a per-person upcharge.

Chicken
Tender all-white chicken breast, seasoned and grilled fresh on the hibachi. A crowd favorite — juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked every time.
Shrimp
Plump, fresh shrimp grilled with garlic butter and hibachi seasonings. Cooked to order — slightly charred on the outside, tender inside.
NY Strip Steak
Hand-cut New York strip steak, seasoned and grilled to your preference. Rich, beefy flavor with a beautiful sear from the open flame.
Salmon
Fresh Atlantic salmon fillet grilled on the hibachi with a light seasoning. Flaky, moist, and full of flavor — a great lighter option.
Scallop
Plump sea scallops seared on the hot hibachi grill. Caramelized on the outside, buttery and tender inside — a restaurant-quality treat.
Tofu
Firm tofu grilled with hibachi seasonings and sauces. A great plant-based option that absorbs all the smoky, savory flavors of the grill.

Classic hibachi fried rice made fresh on the grill with egg, soy sauce, butter, and vegetables. A staple of every hibachi dinner.

Yum Yum Sauce
The classic Japanese steakhouse white sauce — creamy, slightly sweet, and tangy. Goes with everything.
Ginger Sauce
A light, savory ginger-based dipping sauce. Bright and fresh — perfect with proteins and vegetables.
Teriyaki Sauce
Sweet and savory teriyaki glaze used during cooking and served on the side for dipping.
Soy Sauce
Classic soy sauce served alongside for seasoning and dipping.

Hibachi Noodles
Savory hibachi-style noodles cooked on the grill with butter, soy sauce, and vegetables. A fan favorite — great for sharing and adding variety to the meal.
Gyoza (12 pieces)
Pan-fried Japanese dumplings filled with seasoned pork and vegetables. Crispy on the bottom, tender inside — served with a dipping sauce. 12 pieces per order.
Edamame
Steamed and lightly salted edamame pods. A simple, healthy starter that's perfect for snacking while the chef puts on the show.

Don't have enough seating? We can bring tables and chairs for your guests.
Table & Chair Rental
We bring and set up tables and chairs for your guests — charged per person (adults and kids combined). Covers the rental, delivery, setup, and breakdown. Select Yes/No when booking.
PRICING & POLICIES
MINIMUM EVENT CHARGE
All events have a $600 minimum. If your guest count total falls below $600, the minimum charge applies. This covers the chef's time, travel, equipment, and full setup and cleanup.
PAYMENT
A $100 deposit is required to confirm your reservation — collected by phone after we review your inquiry. The remaining balance is due at the event. Cash is preferred. Credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) are accepted with a 4% processing fee and must be paid at least 72 hours before the event.
GRATUITY
Gratuity is not included in the package price. An 18% gratuity is suggested and greatly appreciated by our chefs. It is optional and can be added when booking or paid directly to the chef at the event.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
48 hours notice is required for all cancellations and rescheduled events. Cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours notice will be charged a $200 fee.
WEATHER POLICY
If it rains, the customer is responsible for providing covered outdoor space (tent, patio, or covered area) for the chef to cook under. We can cook under tents and patios. The customer is responsible for canceling due to inclement weather within 48 hours of the event.
2-CHEF REQUIREMENT
Events with more than 30 guests require 2 chefs. The additional chef fee will be confirmed when our team calls to review your booking. This ensures every guest gets their food hot and fresh.
TRAVEL FEE
Travel fees may apply depending on your location. Certain cities and areas outside our standard service zone require a travel fee per chef. Our booking team will confirm any travel fees when we call to confirm your reservation.
WHAT YOU PROVIDE
We bring the grill, chef, all ingredients, sauces, and cooking equipment. You provide tables, chairs, plates, utensils, and napkins for your guests. Table and chair rental is available as an add-on if needed.
