LIABILITY WAIVER

Hibachi Crib and its team members will not be held responsible for any property damage that occurs as a result of an event held on the client's premises. "Property damage" includes any injury to real or personal property at the event location. By booking, you — on behalf of yourself and your guests — waive any claim against Hibachi Crib for loss, damage, or destruction of property before, during, or after the event.

CANCELLATION & WEATHER POLICY

A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduled events. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of the initial $100 deposit.

In the event of rain or other inclement weather, the client is responsible for providing adequate shelter for the chef, such as a tent or covered patio, so the event may continue as planned. If the client chooses to cancel due to weather, the 48-hour notice policy will still apply.

TRAVEL FEE POLICY — SOUTH CAROLINA

Certain locations within our service area require a travel fee and/or a larger guest minimum. Travel fees are charged per chef. A booking manager will confirm whether your city requires a travel fee and the exact amount when we call to confirm your reservation. Travel fees are non-negotiable and are based on driving distance from our Summerville, SC base.
